How to Keep a Fairy in Your Pocket
- Select your Fairy in Your Pocket Stencil
These stencils are available to purchase from our website, here.
There are 6 different fairies to collect plus a Mushroom House and a Unicorn.
- Colour in your Fairy
Use the side of your stencil that says “Colour this Side”.
Colour in your fairy stencil using ‘Sharpies’ or other similar texters.
- Cut the Fairy Out
Carefully cut your fairy out by slowly cutting around inside the dotted line on the stencil (ensure that you don’t tear into the fairy when you go around corners)
Also, using a hole punch, punch a hole in the top of the stencil, so you can attach the keyring when she is baked.
- Bake in the Oven
Put the stencil on an oven tray and bake in an ELECTRIC oven on 150C for 1 – 2 minutes.
Watch as it magically shrinks!
Be careful not to over bake it more than 1 – 2 minutes or the stencil will curl and melt.
- Leave to Cool
Leave the fairy on the tray to cool.
When she is cool, she will harden and you will have a beautiful, colourful, acrylic, little fairy to carry around in your pocket.
- Attach the keyring
When the fairy is cool, attach the keyring to the top hole.
Now you can use your little fairy as a keyring, or use as a Bag Tag on your school bag, pencil case or lunch box.
Collect them all to create a tiny Fairy Village for your shelf or display box, a fun set of Bag tags or Keyrings. Or simply to play with them outside your fairy door.
